Refund Policy 退款政策

This policy applies to all services provided by DRTE Education, including the DRTE Academy online learning platform.

Effective Date: 1st Mar 2026

Due to the digital nature of our educational programmes, all sales are considered final once access to course content is considered delivery. As such, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

However, refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment.

  • Technical access issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting finance@drte.io.

Please note:

  • Refunds may not be granted if a substantial portion of the course has already been accessed.

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

* In care of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

然而，在以下情况下，您可于购买后7天内申请退款：

  • 重复付款。

  • 在合理时间内无法解决的技术访问问题。
