1. Institutional Identity

DRTE EDUCATION SDN. BHD. (“DRTE”, “the Company”) is an educational institution providing structured theoretical and research-informed programmes.

By accessing or enrolling in our programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Educational Nature of Services

All programmes are delivered for academic and informational purposes only.

DRTE does not provide clinical services, medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized healthcare advice.

Participation does not establish a practitioner–patient relationship.

Users remain solely responsible for the application of any knowledge acquired.

3. Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property & Academic Integrity

All programme materials, including but not limited to:

• Lectures and video recordings

• Teaching frameworks and methodologies

• Slides, notes, and supporting documents

• Institutional branding and logos

• Research interpretations and conceptual models

are the exclusive intellectual property of DRTE EDUCATION SDN. BHD.

Enrollment grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational use only.

Users shall not:

• Share login credentials

• Download or archive course videos

• Record audio or video of programme content

• Capture screenshots for redistribution

• Upload materials to public or private platforms

• Redistribute content via messaging applications or cloud services

• Commercially exploit or reproduce materials in any form

Unauthorized use may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access

• Revocation of license

• Legal action where appropriate

The Company reserves the right to implement digital monitoring, watermarking, or technical safeguards to protect proprietary content.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

DRTE reserves all rights necessary to protect its intellectual property and academic integrity.

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees must be paid in full prior to access unless otherwise specified.

All fees are displayed in the applicable currency (MYR unless stated otherwise).

Access rights are granted only upon successful receipt of payment.

Access to digital programme content, whether in full or in part, constitutes delivery of the service.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy published on this platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

DRTE shall not be liable for:

• Variations in individual learning outcomes

• Decisions made based on programme content

• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Amendments

DRTE reserves the right to update these Terms to reflect institutional, academic, or regulatory developments.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
